Background:
A homeowner in Craigie experiencing a significant leak that turned out to be their Edwards Australis series 2 rooftop solar hot water system. We arranged to meet the very next day to inspect the leak.
Leak Identification:
RSSB responded to assess the situation and identified the leak was at the bottom of the tank, crucial for the water’s movement to and from the solar panel. The leak posed a risk of water damage and inefficiency in the hot water system. So we discussed possible solutions with the customer.
Replaced Solar Hot Water System
We recommended and installed the 52D300 2xNPT solar hot water system based on our evaluation. This system was chosen for its efficiency and reliability, ensuring a long-term solution for the client.
Old System Removal
As part of our end-to-end service, we also removed the old system from the site, ensuring a smooth transition and minimising inconvenience for the homeowner.
